Customs & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applied by their country upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof (photos or videos) must be provided

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
